I’m Sarah, a sleep consultant, educator, and mother of two boys, Walter and Rupert. Like many parents, I found myself overwhelmed by sleep deprivation—exhausted, stressed, and desperate for a solution that didn’t involve leaving my baby to cry it out. Through my own journey, I discovered that better sleep is possible without harsh methods, and I became passionate about helping other families find a way forward.
